Michael Bello helped my roommate and I find a beautiful apartment. He was very friendly and quick to respond in answering any questions that we had. I am still living in SF looking for an apartment in NY and Michael made this process so much easier!

I would recommend Michael or any of his colleagues if you are looking for a new rental!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Michael Bello. He has been a tremendous broker throughout the entire process. I have dealt with a few brokers in the past and none have been as professional and as accommodating as Mike. After the lease/approval process was finalized, Mike continued to help us get everything sorted out with the current tenant and landlord. I felt comfortable with Mike from start to finish and I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

Michael was very knowledgeable resource in my apartment hunt. My roommate and and I were new to the city, this was our first lease signed and he made sure the experience was as easy as possible. He was very accommodating and I would definitely reach out in the future if I were in the market again.

My friend/roommate and I had a wonderful experience with REAL NY and Michael Bello in particular. As first time renters in nyc, it wasn''t easy finding an apartment that met our expectations. We really lucked out finding our dream apartment in the East Village online and Mike helped us snatch it before anyone else could! A wonderful overall first renting experience, highly recommend them!

Came across a listing through REAL New York when searching for apartments on StreetEasy. I reached out Michael Bello, the agent listed for the apartment, who immediately responded. Mike was extremely accommodating throughout the process. He worked around our schedules to view the apartment, and was always accessible via phone and email. Overall great experience. Michael went out of his way to accommodate our move-in situation, showed us the apartment multiple times, and was always available when we had questions. Overall great experience. Michael Bello and Mark Becker worked with my son and two friends, who are students, to find their first apartment. Because it''s summer, all three tenants were out of the city and in different time zones. and the Michael/Mark team organized a complicated process of getting documents out to everyone, signed, and back in a timely and organized fashion. Everyone is very pleased with the location, the space, and how smoothly these guys made the process for the whole group.
